[yes hello it's elsa, whomst you barely know. She looks just as awkward about being here on your screen as it probably is for you.]
Hi! Um... this is Bert, right?
I know this may seem completely out of left field, but... well- I know you and Chloe were close. Did you happen to receive any of her Pokemon when she...?
[It's hard to say it in so many words, but you get what she means. It's not that Elsa was super close to Chloe herself, but damn if she didn't grow fond of her- and honestly Anna loved her, that's the only thing that matters here.]
[When two awkward people collide, do they cancel each other out? Or does it get twice as awkward? It's a mystery.]
Y-Yeah, uh... Elsa, right? I saw you at the contests.
[How could anyone forget that show? He still gets goosebumps thinking about it.]
I, ah... I did, though. I-It was just one of them. Her Muk.
[The same Muk that Bertolt had been afraid to take out of the PC for almost a week, if only because it would've solidified the truth that Chloe was actually gone.]
[Bertolt reaches up to rub at the back of his neck a little sheepishly, and after a moment he offers a small smile.]
We butted heads sometimes, but she was-- I mean, she's still important to me. I don't really have a lot of experience with Muk, but I'm going to try my best. I just, uh... I haven't found the best way to go about interacting and playing with her yet though, because the last time I touched her with my bare hands I wasn't feeling very well for the rest of the day.
[Elsa has to laugh a little, if only because many, many people have butted heads with Chloe. So she isn't surprised to see that Bert is one of them as well.]
I think that was a common thing with her. But as for your other problem? I think it's going to come down to trust. You know how Ponyta will burn you if she doesn't know you? It's much like that.
[Elsa is quiet for a moment, trying to draw the strength to not devolve into a sad mess at having to discuss what she's going to discuss.]
Well- I would imagine she's sad. She lost Chloe as much as we all did... so maybe make sure she's doing okay? Spoil her a little. Let her know you're there.
...Do you think she'd like a trip to the garbage dump? I-I'm sure the workers wouldn't mind letting her clean up a little there, but I'm still trying to figure out her likes and dislikes.
[There's a few things he can't always provide like Chloe could but it's a start, right?]
That sounds like a lovely idea! Muks, by default, tend to love dirty places like that. Chloe's, though- I think she especially loved it. So it would probably make her feel right at home.
That's actually really good to hear. We only have so much garbage at FCAB and our-- I mean, Jean's Trubbish usually clean it out before the bin gets half full, so if she'd like that, then it'll help us out a lot. I'd like to avoid any, uh... fights over garbage.
[Not like they'd actually fight or argue, but still.]
I-I really don't, uh... The last good idea I had was to sell s'mores lattes and cupcakes through FCAB, and I only had that come into my head because Krieg gave us some... I'm actually not sure what it was, but it was strong. I felt terrible the next morning, but people seem to like the stuff. Actually, I think that was the first good idea I've had here.
[Does he have more ideas like that tucked away? He has no idea.]
In the meantime, do you have any recommendation for ways I could touch her? The gloves we've got here don't seem to work for her.
I bet those were delicious! You just need to have more faith in yourself, is all. As for ideas? Hmm...
[She hasn't had a terrible amount of experience with Muk, just from what she's witnessed and read about.]
I would suggest rubber gloves... or maybe- oh what do they call those suits? That look like beekeeping outfits? H-Hazel...mat? Suit? Can you buy those in a store?
I think it would be fine if you used just rubber gloves- the suit is just extra! Just try not to let her touch anything but your hands-- it's not hard. I have experience.
What if I accidentally touched my face with my hands by accident with the gloves? I've done it after touching peppers before, and that was one of the worst thing I've ever felt.
It takes a moment of thought, but she can only think of one thing.]
Keep an antidote handy! It's fast acting, Pokemon always feel better immediately. I'm sure it would make a good counter to Muk's poison if you do that.

Also wow don't @ her Skadi was the real hero of that contest.]
Oh, good! That was one of the ones that I've been looking for-- ah, not to take! I just...
[Elsa doesn't... know how to say it. It seems silly.]
I just want to make sure they're loved and cared for. Chloe deserves that.

I think before you know it, you'll be able to touch her without feeling ill in the least!

...I don't think I've heard of a Hazelmat suit, but, uh... I know what a gas mask is. Are they related?

I think you're going to do just fine, Bert.

Sort of like a Nidoking, then? Jean has one of those, but all we've ever gotten are rashes from him nuzzling us.
